By accessing and using CrowdCast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Points & Virtual Currency

CrowdCast uses a virtual point system. These points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside of the platform. Gambling with real money is strictly prohibited on CrowdCast.

3. User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain fair play. Any attempt to manipulate markets through multiple accounts, botting, or exploiting bugs will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all points.

4. Market Resolution

CrowdCast administrators reserve the right to resolve markets based on the most accurate available information. In case of disputes, admin decisions are final.

5. Limitation of Liability

CrowdCast is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual points or data due to technical failures or other reasons.
